Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ark, Gmodz, and connected services by Ark Omnitek access, use, store, and protect information.

1. Scope and operator

Ark is an owner-operated agent orchestration and integration system provided by Ark Omnitek. Gmodz is its Google integration service. Connected services may support agent routing, communication, scheduling, file metadata workflows, Workspace administration, Discord operations, YouTube publishing, engagement, and analytics.

2. Google data Gmodz may access

The exact data available to Gmodz depends on the permissions granted for a specific account.

Gmail

Email addresses, message and thread identifiers, labels, headers, message content, drafts, attachments when required for an authorized email workflow, and send-as identities. Gmodz may create, update, organize, and send messages only when an authorized operator invokes those functions.

Google Calendar

Calendar identifiers, events, attendees, schedules, and free or busy availability needed to create events and coordinate scheduling.

Google Drive

File metadata including file names, identifiers, types, parent folders, owners, web links, and modification dates. Gmodz requests metadata access and does not request permission to read Drive file contents.

Google Workspace administration

For accounts that separately authorize administrative access, Gmodz may access directory users, aliases, groups, memberships, domains, organizational units, roles, schemas, devices, and resource calendars required for operator-requested administration.

YouTube

Channel identity, public and owner-authorized channel metadata, videos, upload metadata, comments, moderation and engagement data, and channel or video analytics.

Authentication and service records

Google account identifiers, granted scopes, OAuth credentials, connection status, API response metadata, timestamps, and audit records needed to maintain authorized connections and diagnose service activity.

Discord

Discord user, server, channel, command, and message identifiers; operator-submitted command content; installation state; interaction results; and audit records needed to route authorized work and return agent responses.

3. How Google data is used

Ark uses connected-service data only to provide or improve visible, owner-authorized features. These purposes include routing requested work to configured agents, returning agent responses, drafting and sending email, managing message state, scheduling calendar events, checking availability, inspecting Drive metadata, performing approved Workspace administration, managing YouTube publishing, engaging with comments, producing analytics reports, maintaining connection security, and recording operational audit events.

Gmodz does not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or unrelated profiling.

4. Sharing, disclosure, and transfers

Ark Omnitek does not sell personal information or connected-service data. Data is disclosed only when necessary to provide an operator-requested feature, maintain the service, comply with law, protect rights and security, or use infrastructure processors acting under Ark Omnitek's instructions.

Ark interacts with Discord, Google APIs, and configured hosting, database, logging, security, workflow, and AI service providers as processors. Each processor receives only the information necessary for the invoked function. Connected-service data is not transferred to data brokers or advertising platforms.

5. Artificial intelligence and model training

Ark may send operator-selected content to a configured AI provider when the operator invokes an agent or AI-assisted feature. Ark and Gmodz do not use connected-service data to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Gmodz's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

6. Storage and security

OAuth credentials and operational data are stored in access-restricted systems used by the account owner and Ark Omnitek services. Data is protected in transit using encrypted connections where supported. Access is limited by service identity, account scope, operator confirmation, and audit controls.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Ark Omnitek reviews credentials and integrations and responds to suspected unauthorized access by restricting or revoking affected connections.

7. Retention and deletion

OAuth credentials are retained while the connection remains authorized. Operational data and audit records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested features, maintain security, resolve disputes, satisfy legal obligations, and preserve owner-requested records.

To request deletion of Ark-held connected-service data, email [email protected]. Verified deletion requests will be completed within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law or necessary for security and fraud prevention.

8. Your choices and controls

You may decline requested permissions, remove a connected account or Discord installation, request deletion, or revoke provider access at any time. Google access can be revoked through Google Account connections.

9. Children's privacy

Ark and Gmodz are not directed to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes to this policy

Ark Omnitek may update this policy as Ark and its connected services change. Material changes will be published here with a revised effective date, and additional consent will be requested when required.

11. Contact

Questions, access requests, and deletion requests may be sent to [email protected].
