1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to the public Ark Omnitek website, ArkStation interest submissions, and Google user data processed through GModz. GModz connects Google accounts only after the account owner completes Google OAuth consent.
2. Website and early-access intake
When you submit the public interest form, Ark Omnitek collects the email address you provide and may collect your name, selected area of interest, optional message, consent, submission time, and a hashed network identifier used for abuse prevention.
This information is stored in the Ark Nexus intake system and used only to respond to your request, evaluate product interest, provide requested build updates, protect the form from abuse, and maintain an auditable record of the submission. It is not sold or used for third-party advertising.
When a valid submission is accepted, GModz may deliver a notification containing the submitted name, email address, interest, and optional message to the Ark Omnitek founder's operator-owned Gmail inbox so the request can be reviewed and answered.
The Ark Stack Map saves the tool names, friction selections, and notes you enter to local storage in your browser. Ark Omnitek does not receive that map unless you separately choose to share it. You can clear it from the Stack Map at any time.
3. Google data GModz may access
The exact data available to GModz depends on the permissions granted for a specific account.
Gmail
Email addresses, message and thread identifiers, labels, headers, message content, drafts, attachments when required for an authorized email workflow, and send-as identities. GModz may create, update, organize, and send messages only when an authorized operator invokes those functions.
Google Calendar
Calendar identifiers, events, attendees, schedules, and free or busy availability needed to create events and coordinate scheduling.
Google Drive
File metadata including file names, identifiers, types, parent folders, owners, web links, and modification dates. GModz requests metadata access and does not request permission to read Drive file contents.
Google Workspace administration
For accounts that separately authorize administrative access, GModz may access directory users, aliases, groups, memberships, domains, organizational units, roles, schemas, devices, and resource calendars required for operator-requested administration.
YouTube
Channel identity, public and owner-authorized channel metadata, videos, upload metadata, comments, moderation and engagement data, and channel or video analytics.
Authentication and service records
Google account identifiers, granted scopes, OAuth credentials, connection status, API response metadata, timestamps, and audit records needed to maintain authorized connections and diagnose service activity.
4. How Google data is used
GModz uses Google user data only to provide or improve visible, owner-authorized features. These purposes include drafting and sending email, managing message state, scheduling calendar events, checking availability, inspecting Drive metadata, performing approved Workspace administration, managing YouTube publishing, engaging with comments, producing analytics reports, maintaining connection security, and recording operational audit events.
GModz does not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or unrelated profiling.
6. Artificial intelligence and model training
GModz may send operator-selected content to a configured AI provider when the operator explicitly invokes an AI-assisted feature, such as drafting or summarizing. GModz does not use Google user data to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
GModz's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
7. Storage and security
OAuth credentials and operational data are stored in access-restricted systems used by the account owner and Ark Omnitek services. Data is protected in transit using encrypted connections where supported. Access is limited by service identity, account scope, operator confirmation, and audit controls.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Ark Omnitek reviews credentials and integrations and responds to suspected unauthorized access by restricting or revoking affected connections.
8. Retention and deletion
OAuth credentials are retained while the connection remains authorized. Operational data and audit records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested features, maintain security, resolve disputes, satisfy legal obligations, and preserve owner-requested records.
To request deletion of GModz-held Google user data, email [email protected]. Verified deletion requests will be completed within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law or necessary for security and fraud prevention.
Website interest submissions are retained while ArkStation is in development or until you request deletion. You may also ask to stop receiving product updates at any time.
9. Your choices and controls
You may decline requested permissions, remove an account from GModz, request deletion, or revoke Google access through Google Account connections. Revoking access prevents GModz from obtaining new access tokens for that connection.
10. Children's privacy
GModz is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes to this policy
Ark Omnitek may update this policy as its website, ArkStation, or GModz changes. Material changes will be published here with a revised effective date, and additional consent will be requested when required.
12. Contact
Questions, access requests, and deletion requests may be sent to [email protected].
