1. The service
Ark is an owner-operated agent orchestration and integration system provided by Ark Omnitek. Its connected services include Gmodz for Google operations and Discord surfaces for authorized agent routing, communication, and operational status.
2. Acceptance
By installing Ark, connecting an account, or using its connected features, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install, authorize, or use Ark.
4. Acceptable use
You must use Ark lawfully and in accordance with connected-provider policies. You may not use it to access another person's data without authorization, distribute unlawful or deceptive content, send abusive or unsolicited communications, evade provider limits, interfere with service security, or violate intellectual-property or privacy rights.
5. Connected and third-party services
Ark depends on Discord, Google APIs, AI providers, and infrastructure services. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. Providers may change API availability, quotas, permissions, and product behavior.
Ark Omnitek is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord Inc. or Google LLC. Discord, Google, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Workspace, and YouTube are trademarks of their respective owners.
6. Your content and data
You retain ownership of content and data processed through Ark. You grant Ark Omnitek only the limited permission needed to process that content on your instructions and provide the requested service. Your use of Ark must not infringe the rights of others.
7. Operator approvals
Ark may require confirmation before public publishing, deletion, credential changes, domain changes, deployments, or other consequential operations. You are responsible for reviewing the destination, account identity, content, and requested action before approval.
8. Availability and changes
Ark may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with provider requirements, or improve the service. Ark Omnitek does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every connected-provider feature will remain supported.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Ark and revoke connected-service access at any time. Ark Omnitek may restrict or terminate access when necessary to address unauthorized use, security risk, legal requirements, provider-policy violations, or material breach of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ark is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Ark Omnitek is not responsible for outages, changes, suspensions, or data handling performed independently by connected third-party services.
To the extent permitted by law, Ark Omnitek will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Ark.
11. Changes to these Terms
Ark Omnitek may update these Terms. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
