1. The service
Ark Omnitek develops ArkStation, a private operator-controlled AI environment. The public website presents work in progress and accepts expressions of interest. GModz is an owner-operated integration system that connects authorized Google accounts and services to support communication, scheduling, file metadata workflows, Workspace administration, YouTube publishing, engagement, and analytics.
2. Acceptance
By submitting the public interest form, authorizing a Google account for GModz, or using its connected features, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. An interest submission is not a purchase, service guarantee, or automatic ArkStation account.
4. Acceptable use
You must use GModz lawfully and in accordance with Google policies. You may not use it to access another person's data without authorization, distribute unlawful or deceptive content, send abusive or unsolicited communications, evade provider limits, interfere with service security, or violate intellectual-property or privacy rights.
5. Google and third-party services
GModz depends on Google APIs and may depend on other infrastructure providers. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. Google may change API availability, quotas, permissions, and product behavior.
GModz and Ark Omnitek are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC. Google, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Workspace, and YouTube are trademarks of their respective owners.
6. Your content and data
You retain ownership of content and data processed through GModz. You grant Ark Omnitek only the limited permission needed to process that content on your instructions and provide the requested service. Your use of GModz must not infringe the rights of others.
7. Operator approvals
GModz may require confirmation before public publishing, deletion, credential changes, domain changes, deployments, or other consequential operations. You are responsible for reviewing the destination, account identity, content, and requested action before approval.
8. Availability and changes
GModz may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with provider requirements, or improve the service. Ark Omnitek does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every Google feature will remain supported.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using GModz and revoke Google access at any time. Ark Omnitek may restrict or terminate access when necessary to address unauthorized use, security risk, legal requirements, provider-policy violations, or material breach of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GModz is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Ark Omnitek is not responsible for outages, changes, suspensions, or data handling performed independently by Google or other third-party services.
To the extent permitted by law, Ark Omnitek will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of GModz.
11. Changes to these Terms
Ark Omnitek may update these Terms. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
